Established by Mercy Regional in November 2007, Flint Hills Kidney Services provides diagnostic services and treatment for high blood pressure and kidney-related conditions.
Often regarded as a silent epidemic, kidney disease usually goes unnoticed until it has advanced and symptoms become apparent. With early diagnosis, treatment of kidney disease is more effective and prevention is possible to delay the progression to dialysis. Being the only nephrologist in Manhattan, Dr. Bedros is helping identify and treat disorders that were previously going undiagnosed in our community.

About Dr. Fadi Bedros
Dr. Fadi Bedros has eight years of experience treating patients with impaired kidney functions. He comes to Mercy Regional from Lima Memorial Health System in Lima, Ohio, where he served as medical director of Renal Services and medical director of the Dialysis Program. He also previously worked at Kidney Specialists of Minnesota in Saint Paul, Minn., and Allina Medical Clinic in Minneapolis, Minn.
Dr. Bedros obtained his nephrology fellowship from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minn., and completed his residency program in internal medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minn. He completed his post-doctoral associate education in hypertension at the University of Minnesota, Renal Division.
Dr. Bedros is board certified in nephrology and internal medicine.
